Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased N95 Respirator Masks from this merchant, and paid $50.00 for ten masks. The transaction took place on or about April 15, 2020. Approximately a week later, I contacted the merchant and asked when should I expcet the item. I was told that the items had been shipped and would be deliverd shortly A week later I I had not received the items so I tried to call the merchant and discovered the phone number listed did not work. I then emailed the merchant again to inqujire about the tiems, and was again told the same thing, that the items were in transit. He directed me to look up the item to find out where it was in terms of delivery It is now May 11, 2020, the shipping informaiton has not been updated, I have emailed the merchant countless times asking for delivery of the item.

Finally, I have requested a full refuned to which no response was given, just for me to continue to check tracking.
