Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Someone came into our business and posed as a fire marshal for an "inspection". He had one of our employees sign a "work order’ authorizing his inspection. He is using an old copied Fire Marshall form that you can obviously tell they tried to white out someone else’s real inspection. They keep sending us the same "invoice" every few days hoping we will pay it.

Someone was just arrested a few years ago in OC for pulling this same stunt. This company should be very careful, I hope they come by our office again so I can get the police involved.
