Received email "from" [email protected] (email header reports signed by paysimple.com) with replies sent to [email protected] But elitecardservices.net doesn’t appear to be a valid website. Email was sent by bounce.secureserver.net. The contact info at the bottom of the email showed the contact email address as [email protected]

The email claimed to have a payment made through an identified account number through a bank account.

Line at the end of the email says "Note: If you would like to cancel this schedule, you may do so by sending written notice to the address indicated on the authorization form you signed or approved via the web"

Called my work and requested me by name, said they were with ECS and it was "Jason" returning my call. I picked up the phone and said, "This is (my name.) Caller hung up.

Looked up the phone number and all sorts of comments where the person asked, "Is this so and so?" and then tried to get them to say yes by asking variance questions. Indian accent.
