I was contacted by this company saying I had a loan from 2012. When I informed them that I had already paid that loan off, they said that their system does reflect that but that I owed for the nsf checks and other things. They threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay. They have also contacted family members, and have access to a number I just got that’s not even in my name. They refuse to send me any paperwork by mail or email claiming they don’t have to
