I ordered 6 compression socks in November 2020 and was charged $32.94 which I have never received. So just this week I got a shipment with 6 socks inside but not the colors that was advertised. The socks are white with a turquoise heal dark grey toe which are all the same color. Back in November I was charged $32.94 but didn’t receive any socks. I’m thinking every 2 months they are sending a package of socks n billing me again for $32.94. I have tried calling but am getting a busy signal. I need help resolving this issue. First of all, I should have known better but I got excited about the product. I ordered this product without doing my usual research and did not see until AFTER I purchased that the address was in Hong Kong from the website.

The company NewesTrends advertises on Social Media platforms. I ordered a product on January 4th, 2020 and after a few days of not receiving a tracking number, contacted them for a status. No response. I contacted them again and they said it’s processing, this is when I found out they were in Hong Kong. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and think they would come through however after going back and forth for weeks and requesting to cancel at least three times, they never cancelled. They kept avoiding and saying it’s coming and it’s being processed when that wasn’t what I wanted. On March 30th, 2020 after not getting a good response with them, I filed a dispute with PayPal thinking they would help me. The company obviously knows the system and how PayPal works (or either PayPal is working with them) because they then sent a tracking number and that satisfied Paypal. Paypal closed the case and won’t reopen. They favored the scammer. The company sent me a product, but a totally differet product. I paid $85.86 for a product for my laptop and they sent me a $10.00 product for my cell phone. When the item came, it had a West Seneca, NY address and not Hong Kong. I emailed them to say that it was the wrong item, on the day I received it, April 2nd, 2020 but no response. Sent them another message on April 15, 2020 and we’ll see. But do not order from this company.

When they respond to your emails it will say it’s from: "dropshipshop" and it’s an automated response, after which someone may or may not respond after the automated response. It was hit or miss. And when "someone" does respond, the response seems robotic.

They sell items using various online stores that look legitimate. Then they send part of what you ordered but not what they actually advertised. It takes a month to arrive so you miss the refund window. If you do get an offer for refund, the cost to ship is more than you paid for the product, so you lose money either way. If you do send it back, they have your money and your product. Other online complaints describe them as never sending the product or sending broken product.
