First I was called by the clerk of courts who stated if I not comply they will go to my home so I called the 1-866-652-7343 i go in touch with a Company called Processing Department GMRs called and told me that I have a case against me alleging that I tried to defraud a financial institution of money i may/ may not have owed to them through an online loan lender called Alpine Direct services in the year of 2009. We called a 1-866-652-7343 and the lady did not tell us what the company she was with. But i think it was a collection agency, Plus they indicated that they have no paperwork on them, all they were given was my name, email address.
