Type of a scam Debt Collections

Male person left a message from an Unknown number. Stated his name, but was hard to hear. I believe he said Justin Downs? from the Process Service Dispatch Unit. Stated that I would be served with legal documentations today between the hours of 1-4 pm at an old address. He said the documentations were failed to be delivered to an old address of mine. (This doesn’t make sense it isn’t the time yet, that he said I was going to be served.) Went on to say, at this current time, I would be in jeopardy of missing an upcoming hearing. It would be in my best interest to report to the legal department handling the case immediately at this number: 888-285-7305 referencing a case number. Said my name again and said that this does require my immediate attention and failure to respond to this matter will lead to further proceedings in court, without my participation.
