Type of a scam Debt Collections

Received a threatening call from someone at a company called Process Mediation. They went on to tell me I was to appear in Nueces County Court but could not tell me a day or time. They said I would be served with legal documentation by a server then hung up. I called back and someone else answers and immediately states that this call would be recorded so I stated that I too would be recording this call. The caller abruptly tells me that they do not give me permission to record them and says that this call will be ended based on my stance and informs me to wait for a document server to arrive. They have since blocked my calls. They’re number is 702-834-9664. This is particular alarming because I am one that stays on top of my credit. I just purchased a house in December and this can not be a legitimate claim in my eyes but at this point I’m worried I’m a victim of identity theft. Again, they refused to give me any info that I asked about.
