Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We have been disputing charges that have appeared on our credit card for months now. The charges read as Proupmemb with a phone number 1-855-498-8400. One charge for $40 followed by two consecutive charges of $100. When we called the number on the credit card statement, the woman who answered pretended she had no knowledge of Pro Uptime, she refused to give us any information about what the company was or what service it provided. After some time, she then claimed it was a service that offered online job training or something like that? After hanging up, I had more questions and called back, the automated answering machine was voiced by the same woman we had just spoken to who claimed not to know anything about Pro Uptime, clearly saying "Thank you for calling Pro Uptime".. There are many reviews I have found of people who have had the exact same experience. This is fraud.
