“In view of this, we wish to contract your service part-time (irrespective of your business type) as an executive representative working either from home/office in reaching out to our company customers and investors via email and telephone until our regional offices and sales center are established. Hence we want to contract your enterprise as our “Intermediary” or “Regional Account Receivable Representative Agent” in the US and Canada.
Your sole duty will be to represent the client relationship with our customers and investors Project representation and management of finance for the project in your region. To receive payment for purchase order/outstanding invoice from customers. As the company representative you should have an easy way to carry out transactions in this time of pandemic.
You will attend annual board meetings held once a year with all expenses paid by “PSC” including health insurance benefit. communication will mostly be done by email and telephone hence will not affect your current job.
As a compensation for your service you will be entitled to a commission of 5% of any business activity to a customer/company assigned to you. A monthly stipend of $5,500 to be paid to our representative on or before the 28th of each month starting from the day you are appointed. All fees, including local tax will be handled by us.
