I received a fax from this company advertising asphalt overlay, seal coating, etc., and tried to call the opt-out number to get off their fax list. I was put on hold, then hung up on. I called back and they tried telling me I could win something. I can’t find them online and don’t know if they’re just getting money from the phone call or…? How can I tell if they’re legitimate? I don’t want any more communication from them and don’t know what their game is.
