I answered a vehicle for sale add on Autotrader.com and was directed to contact seller thru email (automated thru their ad services) received email response thru a person claiming to be Roger Cooper at: [email protected], after several email conversations he directed me to an agent/representative of the shipping co , ProEliteServicesLTD (per above info and tel no) and I spoke with him , a man by the supposed name of Andrew Vitalis whom said he would email me documents I needed to sign and return in order to initiate a sale and shipping transaction thru ProElite. I received the documents, signed and faxed them to their fax no

(1 503 512 0933 ) which my printed fax report showed as successfully sent in 07/09/2018 @ 7:25 pm. When these documents were received by them they were then supposed to send me information for a required bank to bank wire transfer to start the shipping process of said vehicle.
