Type of a scam Rental

Someone stopped by our house at 10pm one night asking to see our house because he wanted to rent it. I told him I was the owner and that it wasn’t for rent, and he said that my address was on a Craigslist listing. After he left, I found a listing for my address being available for rent. There were no pictures and had vague information in it, such as "new appliances". It also said no credit checks or banks needed to be involved. There was a phone number to call and a note to ask for Samantha. My wife ended up calling and talked to Benny Miller. She explained the situation and he apologized, promising to take the post down. We also flagged the post and contacted Craigslist to take it down. Benny Miller of private real estate investors just ended up reposting our address as available for rent. I called him pretending to be interested in the house. I was told we could meet to fill out a rental application and pay the application fee. I asked for specific information about the house and for pictures first and was told there was no time for that. They rent out properties so fast they don’t have to take them. I then told him to take down the posting because I was actually the home owner. He has yet to take it down, so I feel reporting him to the ScamPulse.com is appropriate, especially since he bragged about his A+ rating on here.
