Ordered some Bruce Springsteen Tshirts in July through Printzily. Paid via Paypal. After 4-5 times going back and forth wondering where my order was (its 5 months later) no item, no refund, just empty promises of it will be there next week. Common scam by this company if you look up their history. I have chains of emails with their empty resolutions

Printzily sold me a T-shirt on Facebook. It was supposed XXX-L cotton, but was a small polyester item with no tags on the garment. It was shipped by a third party from China. It was a total rip-off.

Ordered a carpet April 26. May 13 I’m told it’s with the shipper. Fine– with Covid19 things take a bit longer. Printzily gives me a tracking number that says the shipper is in a zip code 10 miles from my house. It sits with the alleged “shipper”. 2 weeks later it’s supposedly still there and not delivered to the USPS. I make inquiries. I get responses in broken english that are typically delivered around midnight eastern standard time, so the customer support is probably located half way around the world. They say the problem is with the shipper, they are trying to resolve it, maybe it’s “the covid”. I say give me the name of the shipper and I’ll call them and go pick it up. They respond with a non responsive reply about printzily only doing online delivery and closing their shop. I make more inquiries, get more ‘we’re working on it’ responses. June 3 it is still supposedly sitting with the alleged shipper. I don’t think they are a scam because they’re paying somebody somewhere to respond, however poorly, to my emails. But I think they are incompetent. Beware of some other sites that look like them, they may be the same folks— look for similar products, similar website design, misspellings (e.g., “custumer”) and corporate addresses that are incomplete or make no sense.

Follow up to my review– after about 2 months I did receive the rug and I like it. Packing could have been better– they folded it up tight instead of rolling it so it has creases but I can probably iron them out. The tracking they use is awful– had it in Brooklyn NY for weeks about 10 miles from my house, then the tracking says it’s in China and California on the same day, at one point it said it was in Chile, then finally it says it shipped from China to California, and the day it came tracking said it was across the river in New Jersey. But I’m generally satisfied with the purchase. All’s well that ends well.

This company advertised on Facebook selling blankets with prints of pets. They charge you either by Visa or PayPal but they know that the deadline for PayPal resolutions will expire by using the Covid virus as an excuse for not delivering the merchandise. Also the address listed on their web site in W.va is not this company’s address according to The Upshur county W.Va. Sheriffs department.the blanket sold for 100.00 US dollars plus taxes and shipping cost.
