I ordered a customized blanket and it has taken over 2 months to receive. All emails I’ve sent have not gotten a reply and there is no phone number to call. I looked into more reviews that were NOT from the website and all the reviews were similar to my issues with the "company". I doubt I will receive anything from this "company" and it is a scam site"

I ordered a custom blanket for my grandmother for Christmas on November 22nd, 2018. The estimated time to receive the order said 2-4 weeks. I emailed them numerous times asking about my product. The first emil I got back from them they said they would do priority shipping and send it within five days and I should get a follow up email about that. That never happened. It’s now been well over a month and whenever they emailed me back they said they’re working on shipping it. They stole my money, and will not refund me.

Order a personalized blanket from this “company”. I have sent multiple emails and they are not responding so I contact via Facebook and asked for a refund and I was then blocked from their Facebook page. I ordered the product October 14, and was told it would take 1 week for the art work. After multiple emails and no response I have gotten fed up. They are not answering and have taken my money and have now blocked me.

I placed an order with this business on December 18th, 2017. At the time i paid $9.95 extra for 2-4 weeks shipping. On January 17th i emailed and asked for a refund on my shipment money because they were unable to fulfil that. They politely responded and i received a refund within 3 days. After that, i emailed them 4 more times about my order, and each time they replied with my order was getting ready to be shipped out and right when they had shipment info, they would let me know immediately. I emailed them a 5th time on April 9th asking for a full refund, and they said that it has already been made and it is too late to cancel my order and recieve a refund.
