Type of a scam Online Purchase

On Instagram, There was an ad for a free IPhone 11. It said you’ll receive a free phone for $2.8 on Amazon. It directs you to a website that makes you answer 4 questions then it asked for my info, address and Billing info. After it took me to another site where it again asked for my card. It then redirected me to another site called bigschedueler I think and I got a email that said I subscribed to “flirtytales” which I didn’t and bigschedueler and charged $5 and I didn’t get a refund after cancelling so I messaged them.
