Type of a scam Tech Support

We upgraded to windows 10. we were contacted by Prime Technologies Inc. that our network was hacked by Russians. The tech remotes in and showed me. There was also a message that popped up for Microsoft stating system hacked please call Microsoft at 885-662-9936. We had to pay $250 to secure our network (they don’t accept credit cards). We gave a check by phone, then this morning our system/network requires a password. I google the company we paid (prime technologies) and called them. based on what I read I told Alexander I want everything they put on network off. Alexander said no problem and we would be refunded. A tech will call me back asap. I called half hour later and spoke to Bryan Morgan. Bryan said that is a security lock until they receive the 250.00 told him who I was and he said since my husband was so rude and unprofessional to them, we are on our own. I told him was cancelled. Alexander in his office is refunding and everything is cancelled. Bryan laughed… I told him he can’t hold our network hostage because my husband was rude. Now Bryan changes his toon and says it was the hackers not them. We have NEVER had this problem nor have we ever been locked out of our Network.

They (Prime Technologies ) are holding our Network ransom. We have disconnected the computers and taken them in to have (Prime) removed.

I am filing complaint via phone because we are not able to access computers.

We are told it may be $500 plus to remove the hold on our network.
