I contact the seller from their website to adopt a puppy.

When my husband called and left a message they never call back, so I emailed them.

We realized many sellers prefer emails, so it didn’t alert us.

Once I show interested in a puppy, she sent more pictures of puppy and proper questions regarding adoption, and guarantees.

The puppy’s price was $600 and $100 more for shipping since I’m from CA and this person is in Oklahoma.

Payment was made through Zelle cash app.

This seller’s info is [email protected], Name………… Faleshia Frost.

After make a payment, I received an email from "Trans Pet Ways Ltd" regarding delivery service.

Somehow the email didn’t look proper, so I googled it. Then, right below their website, there are report about "Trans Pet Ways Ltd", scammer.

I read couple reviews and realized something’s not right so I called the seller for the first time. I got the number from their website.

A lady with heavy accent answered kindly and called my name right away, like she was expecting me.

I asked her about this Trans Pet ways service and she explained a puppy need special crate and it will cost me another $1000 (give or take).

I told her this is not explained and I’m not comfortable with this process, and I asked her if she still has a puppy. She said a puppy is still with her, so I asked her to cancel this adoption process.

When I said "cancel" she quickly told me to contact the seller. I thought I was talking to the seller.

When I asked contact who? then she hangs up and my number is blocked since.

No email back regarding cancel and refund. We’ve been contact with the bank, but money is already gone.
