Reviewed the company, ordered a product 11/26/16. Funds were deducted from my account and I was sent a conformation email. After multiple attempts to check my order status via the company website I attempted to email them to follow up on my order. When I go to check my order status online my order can’t be found or I get an error message saying third party error. The three times I have been able to locate the order via the tracker it says status not fulfilled." I attempted yet again to reach out to the company but according to their website their site is currently down. I have been unable to locate a phone number. I have resorted to posting a comment on their facebook page which has to be reviewed by the page administrator. There have been no follow up emails from the company informing me that the item is out of stock, on back order, or that they are unable to fulfill my request, nor have I received the refund I have requested.
