I completed the necessary online form to receive a TRIAL of their product, only to discover that this "trial" has NOT been delivered, and Prime Garcinia has made UNAUTHORIZED charges to my VISA noted above.

In the TERMS AND CONDITIONS (http://www.primegarcinia.com/terms.html) on their website, they state:

Please explain how anyone could read these despicable business terms WITHOUT accessing the website?

So, while the website does have a TERMS and CONDITIONS area, they were NOT presented to me until I went back and investigated thoroughly. Any link to this area is placed so that a person using the website would have to scroll to find it … after viewing several pages that did NOT require scrolling to view the entire page. Clearly, the entire "TRIAL" offer and subsequent forms are designed with the sole purpose luring people into visiting this website in order to capture credit card information. Information which is then used in the MOST UNETHICAL manner … A membership charge and an order are billed without notice or authorization of the account holder.

I can’t fathom perpetrating such deceit and blatant thievery – masking their true intentions and then relying upon carefully written "Terms" to protect them from the inevitable backlash. This company has no intention of helping people lose weight – their sole purpose is to mislead and fool people and charge their credit cards. If their product or service had ANY merit, they would not stoop to such insincere and deplorable business practices.

This is a scam of misdirection and misrepresentation, and it’s obvious that THE SCAM IS THEIR REAL PURPOSE.
