Was cold called by a woman named Linda Murphey who claimed to have information regarding my federal student loans, gave me a reference number and asked me to call back. Talked to a guy names Will which couldn’t seem to find my loans and wanted my social security number. Told Will that I was not comfortable giving that information to who I believed to be a scammer. Called my loan servicer who agreed that this company was likely a scam and to report here.
