Type of a scam Online Purchase

I contacted Prettyshortlegs.com about their mini corgi’s. At first he sent me a text saying he sent me an email about the puppies and for me to reply back. I went to check my email where we started talking about the puppies. First they started off as asking me about me and my family to make sure the puppies are going to a good home. Then when I asked about shipping he said he had a free coupon left where he could apply it. He said his name was Anthony. We went back and forth for pretty much all day asking questions about the dog and such. Then he said he only takes Zelle app pay. That raised a red flag for me. When I questioned about it he got defensed and asked why don’t I trust him. I asked for pictures and video of the dog. He sent me a video that looks staged the pictures were fake. I googled the pictures and found the same pictures from another seller but their picture has a waterproof mark. Looks like this guy took the waterproof mark off the picture to make it look like it is his. I wanted to see how much info I could get out of this guy so I asked him to send me the contract for me to sign. He sent it though email but the name on the seller was David Gray and at the bottom where we both sign it was signed Leslie (not last name) . So I told him I had an aunt who lived in OK who would actually pick the dog up and keep the dog till she flys to me in a few weeks. He emailed back said he will not hold the dog for me for that long and stated he is not desperate. I told him I never asked for him to hold the dog for me I wanted my aunt to pick the dog up after I pay for it. I think at that time he caught on to me knowing he was a scam and didn’t reply back.

Can you tell me more? I am currently emailing them about a puppy right now.

Bestbear3–Just don’t do any business with them. This is a scam. That should be all you need to know along with the above comment. Just don’t do it. Just sayin..
