I ordered two tumbler cups on 4/22/17 in two different transactions. I received confirmation emails and then received emails on 5/1/17 that my order had shipped. It said my order would take 3-8 weeks and if I didn’t receive my order within 10 weeks, reply to the email to get a refund. It was signed by a "Kirsten". It’s been over 3 and a half MONTHS and I haven’t received my order. The website is gone. I sent two emails in August and have gotten no reply!
