Type of a scam Online Purchase

This was an internet ad for a book, I purchased one and later wished to cancel my order. It has been over a month since I placed the order with no communication from the site/company. Looking at the seller’s website, there is no information on location, return/refund policy information, no phone number for customer service. I searched for them under the ScamPulse.com and NOTHING came up, which is why I’m wondering if it’s a scam. Their Facebook page looks inactive. All reviews look edited or posted by the site creator, nothing from real people. It doesn’t seem credible. They are unwilling to give a refund "because of the coronavirus". I have never had an issue with any company like this before. They don’t want to communicate with me, the only way I can dispute it is through my bank. I can’t take it up with their customer service, because they don’t have one other than that email.

Did you ever receive your book? I ordered mine a month ago and the author responded to my email saying there was a delay, but it still hasn’t came.
