Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was skeptical of the business, but looked to the reviews on their site and found them promising. I will not make that mistake again.

I ordered a pair of ear buds in November of 2018 and was given a tracking record that was nonexistent from the start. I was concerned and sent an email to the business. No response. I receive an email last night detailing that my shipping record has expired. I emailed today and received no answer. I message the company on the Instagram page I found them on. No answer. Needless to say; I would like for people to know this is a scam and would love to see the "company" cease to scam more people.
