Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a product that was advertised on Facebook. I have Never had a problem with past purchases. It has been 6 weeks since ordering the product. I received a order number that would allow me to track the product. Each time I attempted to track it didn’t show a shipping address. Each time I emailed Customer service I got a rote response. They also offered a chat which no one responded to. I am very frustrated as I have Never had difficulties before. Cindy Blossom is listed as a customer service representative on the email.
