Type of a scam Tech Support
They claimed I purchased an agreement with Microsoft who went out of business under the name, “Premium technical support and services” and was able to get a $300 credit on my services I paid for. When I explained to “Steven” who was a middle eastern person, that I never purchased anything and I will be reporting them, he told me to shut up. Obviously, a scam!
