Type of a scam Phishing

Consumer called:

I just received a text from Premium Solutions, I think this is a new scam. Their telephone number is 866-217-1791, their pitch is "You have a refund coming of $149.99 because we are finishing out this business and your claim was not processed correctly." I didn’t call it back because I think I know what they are going to do. They are going to say "ok we will refund this so give us your bank account number and routing number," so I didn’t even pick it up. The fellow that left me this message was Daniel.
