Type of a scam Government Grant

this company promised me a corporate hybrid grant if I followed all instructions, I was told I was approved and I would receive the grant, they asked me to pay $5,000.00 and I did, they stayed in contact with me for over one year, they kept telling me it was still under review just waiting for it to say disbursement. I spoke to Cassandra Walker every month until June of 2018, She first called me on Jan 9th 2017. I tried calling again in July 2018 all contact numbers I had were disconnected I feel this company is now out of business, I was not contacted letting me know. This company should get in big trouble for scamming people, and I am sure I am not the only person scammed by them. I want my money back they took from me.
