Type of a scam Online Purchase

We contacted someone through www.premierpom.us (Collin Keane) regarding a Pomeranian puppy for sale. The price seemed reasonable ($650 including the puppy, shipping, crate, etc…) and they guaranteed a healthy puppy and delivery. We reserved the puppy and committed to the purchase two days later. Once it came time to send money to secure the purchase we were asked to sign their contract and get an account at Zelle to transfer funds. Our debit card had a limit of $500/day, so we then were asked to get an Ebay card for $150 for the remainder, provide the numbers for redemption, and provide the receipt of purchase. We thought this process seemed odd, but we went ahead because we were excited about getting the puppy.

The next step was to get an email and call from the delivery company (General Cargo and Pet Logistics). We received contact from the delivery company stating that the crate the breeder was inadequate for the flight and that it required a ventilated electronic crate at an additional cost of $1,200. No puppy was shipped, the funds have processed, and the Ebay card was cashed immediately. DO NOT buy anything from this fraudulent company. The dog we were to purchase (Lola) is still showing as active on their website. Collin only communicated with us via text and would not accept any of my calls once we saw the red flags.
