Type of a scam Phishing

They have called me numerous times asking for ‘Naiyra’ and Everytime I say put me on your do not call list there is no Naiyra at this number. Finally today hey called and I called back (number is always different and sometimes you can not call them back.) It’s an obvious call center or garage situation with lots of people heard in the background making calls and noise. Everyone who has called has an Indian accent and today the man who picked up said he would out me on the do not call and hung up. I called back and asked the address of their company and his name "Frank" which I doubt.
