Type of a scam Phishing

A man named Jason called my phone and said that he worked for a company called premier rewards and he said that they have a special promotion going on and had the last four digits of a debit card supposably which the debit card numbers were **** and said that I used that card recently through a company that they either sponsor or help or is somehow involved in and he continues to tell me that he will mail me a $100 Visa debit card that I can spend anywhere plus a packet of stuff that will help with money and a bunch of others stuff that would help me raise money and all I needed to do was pay $4.27 and he would mail it to me because that would be the price for shipping is $4.27. I told him that I did not trust it and I was not going to give him any debit card information or anything of that nature because I didn’t trust it and I also believed it was a scam because when my phone rang it does this thing when it says it’s a scammer and it says "scammer likely". Stop what you’re up anyway just to see and that is what happened and he also gave the phone number for living in Clearwater Florida is where the business is located the number is 884-9160-440. I knew that that was not a real number from Florida because you can just look at it and tell. I eventually had to hang up on him because every time I told him I was not interested and I did not want the debit card he was willing to send I was not going to pay the $4.27 for shipping multiple multiple multiple times so I hung up after a little over 14 minutes I’m talking with the man again he said his name was Jason.
