Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

These guys had a fake website with fake credentials and false advertising. Set an appointment thru their website ,they sent out 2 young kids charged me $160 for premium wash/detail package after about 1.5 hrs later they wanted me to check their finish work ,so i came out and it looked like the barely touched my car ,the interior and exrerior was still very, very dirty as if they didnt barely touch the car so made them clean again and then again for toyal if 4 times and it was still not any cleaner than when they came out and so after a while i got frustrated with them kids and so i sent them on their way cause they dont have a clue on how to even wash my car. They didnt even give it a wash they just wiped it down with wet rag . My car was so dirty like it was never washed basically. I was suppose to have gotten washed,waxed,along with about 7 other things that was suppose to be done that was to be in the package but all i got was pretty much nothing ,it was unbelievable. So sent them kids on their way then decied to call # on their website ,well i called about 20 times then on the 21st time finally someone answered ,but i was told that boss/ manager was out of town for weekend

And i sent him about 25 photos of the shady work they left. so i called back on monday for about another 10 times and no answer at all, then at this point i called those kids to see what was the deal and also got run around ,then got back on their website to contact them but after i sent a couple of messages ,i wait for hours but no response so try getting back on their website and the website was totally shut down so now i left a massage to them kids and told them im gonna report them to the authority and their response was " is that a threat " and have heard back from them since
