Spent $156 on shirts and sweatshirts on November 17. It is now December 16 and nothing has arrived and no tracking at all. Part of the order was for Christmas and I don’t expect to see any of it by then. I don’t understand how PayPal allows them to use their payment platform with so many complaints. Also how do they allow anyone to use their platform that cannot be verified and doesn’t provide tracking info? I have been selling on ebay for 20 years and they would not allow that from an ebay seller.

Ordered 2 shirts on nov 26th and no tracking #, and don’t know if they have even shipped them.

I ordered an item from this company on 10/25. Have yet to receive it. I used PayPal and they have automatically closed my case. Beware SCAM!

I wish I had done some research on this company before spending $99.00 with them. Ordered on November 12, 2020. Paid using PayPal and have that confirmation, but NO email response from this company. How long should I wait before lodging a complaint? Has anyone out there had a GOOD experience?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, I spend almost $100 on total crap. The craftsmanship is that of a 5 year old. All trash. Looks worse than Dollar Store stuff. Even smells awful. Please do not waste your money.

So I ordered from a clothing in place on Facebook. And when I sent them a message on messenger they couldn’t find my order. They’re convinced it’s not from their company. But I know for fact it was, I was amused because I love pretzels and that’s how I was able to remember their company name, pretzelie.store

Never ever use this website. I ordered a sweatshirt on 10/25 and never received it. I paid with PayPal and I’m hoping they can get this settled.

Ordered a sweatshirt back in October. Paid approximately $30+ for this. So far, nothing! Even sent an email asking where my shirt was.

The website shows beautifully made, fun seasonal clothes and shoes. What I recieved was nothing like the pictures. Huge disappointment. DO NOT buy anything from this company! It’s a big fat scam!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from PP. CAREU, both the same size, but in different colors. Spent $46.00 and paid through PayPal. First of all, it took two months to get the item, and secondly, the shoes were total crap! Came in two different sizes, when I clearly ordered one size. Tassels on one pair of the shoes was detached, material on both was cheap and workmanship on both was horrid. I would definitely warn anyone considering ordering from this company, to NOT do it. Also, I too put in a dispute through PayPal and they also decided on their favor. Total scam.

Ordered from this company before I saw all these reports from unhappy customers. I used PayPal so I know I have some backup. I ordered 8-24-20, I’ve gotten nothing from the company, just from Pay Pay confirming my order. I just sent PPCareu an email. I’m sure they won’t respond. I’ll wait til the middle of next week, then file a formal complaint with Pay Pal.

I purchased $120.37 worth of clothing from this company on January 22, 2020. I emailed them on February 17 asking if they would please cancel and refund my order. They replied with “why do you want to cancel?” I said “I just don’t want it anymore”. Then we went back and forth like this and then trying to convince me to keep it just over and over and I clearly said CANCEL IT. Anyway, it’s August and I still never received a refund or my order. This company also goes by many many different names on Facebook and wherever else they advertise.
Also, I blacked out my info just for privacy purposes.

This company ripped me off. They also went by a different company name than some of you have said. And I’ve noticed that there are so many different names they go under but they use the same ad pictures. I ordered around $85 worth of clothing from them in January 2020 and it is now August. I Contacted them by e mail In February and asked to cancel my order. I got a reply saying “why do you want to cancel”. I said because I haven’t received it and it’s been a month. Then they send another message saying “we are on promotion now and the price will rise up to high level. Don’t you consider this product again? It’s worth to wait for arrival.”…
This [censored] better have some kinda magic happy dust when it arrives cuz it’s been 7 months! Anyway… I replied “no. Cancel it. Thank you”
To which he/she said “this item is really good. We have received a lot of positive feedback from customers. Would you like consider again to keep order? We will ship order soon and tracking number will be sent to you when we ship”.
Now my blood is boiling and I replied “Listen, I ordered this over a month ago. It took your company over a week to even confirm my order and now you are stringing me on a hook here. CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY NOW. This is bad business”
The reply I got “We will mark your order as priority and choose the express shipping method for your order. Would you like consider again in keeping order?”

Well after receiving that, I knew I was not going to get anywhere. I actually almost forgot about it until I saw another ad on Facebook today from their company. So I sent a final e mail today. “Hi again. As you can see from my previous e mails, I have tried to get this issue resolved to no avail. If I don’t see a refund in my account in the next couple days, I will report your business to the FTA”.
I honestly don’t think I’m going to get anywhere by reporting them. Seems like a lost cause. I hate to just take it as a loss tho. I just don’t know what else to do.

I ordered 7 items from this seller and paid via PAY PAL.in March , Months later in June I received one parcel with 2 items of clothing that were the same, not what I ordered. Also very cheaply made pants. A couple of weeks later I received another parcel with more pants, one I did order. I complained to PAY PAL and lodged a case. I sent photos of what I purchased as i screen shot the LETSPANTS add on my face book. Along with photos of what I received. You could just see the problem. Pay pal asked me to go to my local POLICE and get them to sign a letter head stating the problem! My husband is a policeman, and he just laughed and said, Police cannot get involved in this, even if we could, the sale is from overseas and out of our jurisdiction ! LAUGHABLE yes. So I contacted PAY PAL and told them that. So because of that I get nothing back ! And have these cheap imitations of clothing . I have lodged and appeal , but don’t know how it will go. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

The things I ordered and what I got are not what was pictured or expected. Cheap shot is what I got. Nothing like what I purchased and I ordered back in March. Just received the [censored] and it is the middle of July. Do not order from this company

letspants.com, an online "company" posted pictures of clothing they were selling. I ordered and paid for four pairs of pants that are advertised on their website and never received them. I paid for my purchase via PayPal & have since filed 2 complaints/cases against letspants.com aka PP.CAREU that are still ongoing two months later, in an attempt to get my money back for items I bought but didnot receive. I read someone’s comment on Facebook that this "company" simply takes pictures from legitimate companies’ websites and posts them on letspants.com as merchandise of their own, for sale. I have since read numerous websites reporting that letspants.com is a SCAM. I filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission. I don’t know what country this "company" claims to operate out of. I read Hong Kong, but the phone number on their website 85265057428 is not an real phone number…Consumers BEWARE!! Check the validity of a company BEFORE you buy anything!! I learned the hard way that these scamming companies exist!

I purchased the color changing swim shorts. I also never received the item and no emails of any transactions. I did have the PayPal record and emailed them. They have been responding but not resolving anything. I did get a tracking number and was told it was delivered but I had to track it on this weird website.https://t.17track.net/en. When I first did it it showed delivered with my address. I then saw it showed USPS so I checked there and nothing came of that tracking number. When I called USPS I was told that the tracking number had too many numbers and is not valid. I have asked for the item to be shipped again or refunded and waiting.

I ordered two items from them. One of them arrived after several months, but it was such poor quality, the other one still hasn’t arrived. I wrote to them, but they never respond. I took the case to the PayPal resolution center, but it didn’t help at all. I lost $60.35. It’s very upsetting.

I ordered a shirt on April 22, 2020. I never received a payment confirmation or shipping notification from them. I did not notice when I ordered that they were located in China or I never would have sent them money. It is now June 7, 2020 and still no word from them!

First I did not receive shipping or order confirmation whatsoever and I had to find an email on the internet to make sure I even ordered something. I filed a claim with PayPal via their resolution center but that has a time limit and since the company got back to me, I figured it was legitimate so I called off the claim. Then the response took a very long time. I still did not receive a shipping order confirmation. Several weeks later I did. It took over a month for the clothes to arrive. I did not know they were from China when I ordered from the company.
Only 1 of the items fit and that was the only item that didn’t have any ripped seam or strings hanging off it or anything. All the other items (5) were EXTREMELY poor quality. The fabric was cheap, they were poorly made, they were IN NO WAY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I have been trying to get my money back with no success. They offered me 6$. My order was 160$. This is an immoral company.
