Type of a scam Online Purchase

I first noticed an add on facebook for this website showing generators for real cheap so I decided to check it out. I decided to purchase a generator as it was real cheap after placing order I noticed the charge to my card did not reflect the amount of purchase so I signed into the account I made at www.sportsbyk.com to see the order status it says error for the status. I was going to call the company to see what the error could possibly be, but there was no contact number only a customer service email address which no one ever answered me on. Luckily I was able to stop the payment from going through my bank. So please beware that if a price is too good to be true it probably is a scam.
