Type of a scam Government Grant

I was emailed through Facebook asking if I had received my grant money. I said I did not know anything about it. He emailed me back with a phone number to text and I did. They asked for some information and said I was approved. Then I was asked to choose the Grant amount and was told the amount of grant would have a fee, prior to receiving the grant. This is where they explained to me to go to Walmart and send the money through Ria to address listed above.
