Type of a scam Government Grant

A friend of mine told me I should look into this because she got $30,000 and now she’s doing better. She sent me a link on messenger, except it didn’t have her profile pic. When I said I would look into it later, the messenger acct could no longer be used. No reply available. So I wanted to see if this was too good to be true. When he asked for $500 for a processing fee, he told me it had to be cash, and that it couldn’t be taken out of the sum I was awarded, which was $50,000. I called my son to come over and we determined it was a scam. Ronald C. Albert promises up and down that it’s real, despite all the photoshopped pics of checks and even the ScamPulse.com certificate–spelling the word poverty without a t–of authenticity and 100% good standing! Then he said he would take $300 deposit and the other $200 after I get the funds. I am so desperate for money right now that I really wanted to do this!

his fb page says he Studied Grant Agent at Harvard! Is that even a thing?!
