Type of a scam Online Purchase

This person is running ads on Facebook advertising an Anniversary Sale on Graco brand car seats. The link takes you to a website, where you pick the car seat you want to purchase and you must pay through Paypal. Being 3 months pregnant, I fell for it and purchased a car seat for $89.99. I paid using my PayPal and the payment was sent to someone named Dorian Austin (which I believe is fake). I quickly realized this was a scam and contacted PayPal to open a dispute. The whole situation came to a head when PayPal denied my claim because the seller provided a tracking number on the fake car seat I purchased. Upon tracking my item, it shows it was delivered on June 9th, 2020 when I didn’t even place the order until June 18th, 2020. I have no idea how this person got a tracking number that provided tracking history, from the label being printed, arriving and leaving distribution facilities, and then being delivered to my front porch. I have reached out to my local post office to try and get their help in proving they never delivered a car seat to my house, I am working with multiple leads to bring this scammer down and get my money back.
