This is my entire interview done via Google Hangouts with Nelson Lewis, supposedly a Recruiter for Possible Healthcare after being contacted by a Recruiter named Jeanette A Fox [email protected] via email.

ME: Hello, my name is *** ***. I was contacted by Jeanette Fox to reach out to you for a hangout today or tomorrow. Today has been packed but tomorrow is open.

NELSON LEWIS: The interview will be done via chat today or tomorrow, let me know what time works best for you.

ME: I can do it today. I am available from now until 3:20pm CST and then again from 4:45pm until as late as you want, or anytime tomorrow until 3:20pm

Ok I’m done. I’ve been through all the pages and have a good overview of what you have been doing. I had looked over this before, but just refreshed myself.

NELSON LEWIS: This is a Data entry and Administrative assistant job position and it is strictly an online and work from home job the working hours are flexible and you can chose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $35 per hour during full working hours and the training is $22 per hour and will be getting your payment weekly via check or direct deposit working 30 to 40 hours weekly, if you are employed you are going to be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor. NELSON LEWIS: Here are the duties and responsibilities for your position: Tracking data and source documents, preparing and sorting source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered, compiling, sorting and verifying data for accuracy, contacting responsible parties to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data, entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and entering necessary codes, comparing data entered with source documents, identifying errors and subsequently correcting those errors, filing or routing source documents after entry, responding to inquires regarding entered data, maintaining daily count of work processed.

Training starts next week and will be done online, With a week or two weeks of training can you handle all this effectively ?

ME: I can handle all of those tasks and am willing to start training. What benchmarks are used to determine during training if I will be retained?

NELSON LEWIS: Training is Four hours daily and you will be linked with a local supervisor. This is a Data entry and Administrative assistant job position and since both training and working hours are flexible you are able to choose your own hours. Have you ever worked from home or online before ? Are you currently employed ? How many hours do you intend to dedicate to this job position daily?

NELSON LEWIS: You will undergo two weeks of training from your training supervisor. During that time, she will be training you to work with the company-specific programs with much accuracy and other data entry tasks you will need to get done. Your training will be conducted online through your PC or cell phone. You would be eligible to Benefits after 2months of working with the company, Benefits offered are Health Insurance / Vacations / Bonuses which will be explain more better in your offer letter. I need you to email the following: Your full name, current home address and apartment number, Phone numbers and e-mail address via email to Mrs. Jessica Cole on this e-mail ([email protected]) to enable my superior’s enlist them into the Company’s Register for proper documentation. NELSON LEWIS: Okay. You will be faxed or emailed a paper work and a HR document during your orientation and training, you are to fill, sign and send back to us. You will need some Data entry/Accounting software and also a time tracker to commence your training and orientation and also you need the software to get started with work. the work of the time tracker is to calculate your hours worked since this is an online work from home.

ME: I’ll let you know when that has been received and filled out.

NELSON LEWIS: Here are the name’s of the software’s you will need to start working with PeachTree, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sirius GT Accounting For Windows, which is to be purchased. Before you start work you will receive a payment, you will be using this payment to set up your mini office by purchasing some office equipment and accounting software, immediately you get this payment you start work

Have you worked with any these software’s ?

ME: I have and already own those software programs

I have worked with NetSuite, but since it is an enterprise software solution I do not own it – though I have access to get it most likely at a discount.

NELSON LEWIS: The company will issue you a check to enable you purchase the accounting programs. NOTE: All software’s are to be purchased from the companies accredited retailer, you will be notified which of the software office you are to purchase once the check get to you. As soon as the check has been issued out to you I will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track and know when it will get to you. All we need from you is good work and trust, you will enjoy every moment working with us.
