Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

They sell their furniture products cheaper than most websites. I decided to cancel my order n they still took my money n emailed me saying they will ship the product but there is no tracking number m. and if you pay with your PayPal money there is no way to get a refund in a pending transaction. The phone Number is a no answer n I googled map the address and it located a residential house

They did the same thing with me, however, I was able to win a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. The amount was $169.99
The address is in California, the phone is registered to t-mobile in New York, they have 2 GMAIL email addresses they’re using, and the website has only been around for 6 months as of July 2019. Everything about this smells like bad business and bs.
