Type of a scam Tax Collection

I am in Chesapeake, Va and I Received a call and they left a message indicating legal action was being taken, please call them at 305-515-8302. When I called them back, I got a gentleman with a thick Indian accent. He said he was with IRS. He gave me a case id# then transferred me to another guy with a thick Indian Accent. He asked if Sheriffs office had contacted me. That they did an audit for last 10 years and my returns were not accurate. I told him I needed to verify himself and to verify my information … last 4 of SNN which he would not do. I’m sure they were looking for money.
