I ordered from Poppin hoez in January. Recieved an email that my item shipped on Feb 20th but it’s still stuck ok pre shipment. I’ve been trying to write the company and no respond. I’ve seen many other girls with the same problem. I understood that the company was having issues with the tubes (for the glosses) but still nothing, no email. I’ve asked for a refund many times. It’s almost been 4 months and I have no recieved any product. They had shut down the site and brought it back up due to people calling them scanmers. I’ve noticed they took down personal info like address.
