Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I have placed and order from this website in expectation to receive items that were advertised and shown on the pictures. When an order was placed, I immediately noticed a tracking number that it was generated in China. I contacted a seller asking why is it their product coming from China when the headquarters are in IL? Was given a response that they have multiple warehouses, and one of them is in China. Furthermore, when items did arrive, it was very apparent that it was not the same as advertised on a website. It was very easy to see that items were counterfeit of an advertised product. I have contacted customer support and presented an issue to them. From that point on, there have been to response from that company.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam they do not ship your item and they ignore attempts to contact them for status updates. If you look up the address of this company its somebody’s house. If you look at their facebook page the comments on all their posts are basically nonsensical statements from people in India the Philippines ect which is strange for a company supposedly based in Illinois. There isn’t a single post from someone commenting on the product. I had to cancel my card at the bank for fear they would try to drain my bank account and then I had to file a dispute with the bank in an attempt to get my money back.
