The scammer sells facial cream in the internet under the name of POETIC GAINS and PGODHEA/POETIC GAINS. They promised to deliver a customer sample with the customer paying postage but never deliver. Then on Sept 4, 2018 and subsequent month, on Oct 4th, they charged my Direct Express debit card with $177.30 and another $177.30 on dates mentioned without me ordering the product and without them delivering something. I filed a fraud claim with Direct Express but lost the case with DE telling me to collect from the SCAMMER although DE has the responsibility to protect my interest being a Senior customer depositing my meager SS pension with them.
