I bought a loader from these people and then right after the order they informed me that their product had been back ordered. They promised I would receive the loader in late November. Weeks went by and now its mid-December. I have contacted the email and support multiple times with no response. I got an email saying that my package had shipped but when I went to the UPS link it showed that UPS never received the item.
