This place of employment hires many employees at $10/he under the notion that after passing training the employee will then earn $14/hr. The catch is that they control the servers, which controls the computers. The computers crash during the entire shift for most of the employees in training. These trainees must continue to answer calls even though their are not capable of properly trouble shooting the calls and they are graded on the calls despite the fact that they don’t have the proper tools to troubleshoot. Their over all grade is then affected which keeps them working for this company at $10/hr. When and if any employees inquired about the process, the manager aggressively and rudely intemidates and belittles the employee. There are many witnesses to this action. They are also graded by servays taken by customers of cox based on calls. There are many calls. One if the employees, who happens to have been one an employee that mentioned that the computers were not working right for her therefore causing the manager to verbally asault her, has had four positive requests from customers to speak with the supervisors. They were aslo told about and sent servays. Yet after her run in with the manager, her grade has dropped drastically. Apparently, out of all of her great responses with customers, the only servay, on record is a bad one. A few of us believe that Plus One Communications, hires people to answer phone s at $10/hr and they keep people doing the work that they need done for as long as the people are willing to stay. Many of them quit. The business’s explanation for their process has many wholes in it. Please please please take a look into this business and put a stop to corporate mistreatment of employees.
