This "company" is a partnership between Rite-Aid (from where I was solicited to join), Exxon-Mobil, Macy’s AT&T, and other companies. You get a card at the retail outlet and then are told you have to sign up online. When you do so, you’re told your information will be shared with all of the group’s partner companies, but that once you sign up, you’ll be able to revoke all sharing simply by signing in to your account on the website. So I signed up, then went into my account on the website, and after extensive searching, found NO instructions as to how to revoke information-sharing. I called the company’s number, 855-PLENTI1, and complained to the representative about this. He made no attempt to explain where the revocation information was on the website but simply told me he would revoke all sharing on my account. When I told him I wanted to complain about apparent fraud, he said he’d connect me to a feedback line. Then he hung up and the phone went dead.
