I ordered a pool through a marketplace ad on Facebook on May 29. It was advertised as a Memorial Day Special. It clearly stated that there would be a delay in shipping due to the Corona Virus but I was willing to wait for it. The only way to contact them is by an email to ************************, which sends an automatic reply. You can check the status of your order by going to the website which says it is shipping. No phone number is provided.

Come to find out by tracking the order through Borderless360 that the pool didn’t pass quarantine inspection and was sent beck to Viet Nam on June 3 and I was never notified.

I have no way of canceling the order and requesting a refund. I will try my credit card co to see if they can get a refund. Moral of story, if it’s sounds to good to be true it probably is a scam. I never received the pool.

This website is linked to Amazon. I ordered a product on Thursday June 4th, 2020. The transaction went through on my debit card on June 8th. Since then when I contacted the company as I did not get a confirmation email, I was directed to a site borderles360.com to track my order. Regretfully, this site is also part of the scam as I later learned. There is a legitimate site, borderless360, but I did not catch that it is missing part of the web address. I have not received my product and have not gotten any type of response as to where my product is located in transit from the company, playsetskids.com. I keep getting what appears to be an automatic response to my email inquiries from their email. On July 3rd, my debit card was hit with at least 5 transactions ranging from $1.00- 50.00 debiting money from my account. Luckily, I received a fraud alert on my phone and was able to stop any future transactions. Both of these websites are currently still up and operational. Hopefully it can be shut down prior to anyone else losing their hard-earned money

Do not purchase from playsetskids.com. They offer great products and great prices. They will charge you and never send item purchased. When you attempt to contact them which is only by email they don’t respond.

I ordered a pool from playsetskids.com. My bank card was charged under the name: Kalpgoin Chang zhou sh Chin. I emailed them regarding the order I placed and the amount that was withdrawn was for more than the product was. No response back with email. The website gives no phone number. Only email. I have not received the item.
