Type of a scam Rental

I believe I have been scammed out here in Los Angeles by a fraudulent “real estate” home rental company. I went by the listed property (Zillow & Craigslist) several times with friends to make sure the property actually exist and the place was being properly represented per the photos, which was exact. The “landlord” who’s name is David McCulley sent me a rental agreement. I looked it over and signed it. All seemed okay so far. I wired him 1st month rent plus $*** security deposit to an account that is listed to the paperwork below. I went to collect the keys and he and “his associate” Stephen were no shows today with the keys. They both texted me some medical excuses as to why they did not show up with the keys. I contacted my bank immediately. I am in the process of recalling the money tomorrow, but that process is left up to the receiver, David, answering the request of returning my monies back to my account, which at this point, I believe is highly doubtful.
