Type of a scam Debt Collections

I just received a call saying I had a case in their office and needed to handle it immediately or they would seek further action. I was then told to press 1, so I did unfamiliar voice quickly informs you that you owe hundreds of dollars on an unpaid debt – a debt you don’t even recall having. The debt collector says that, unless you pay immediately, bad things are going to happen, you would have a warrant out for your arrest, they would withhold the funds from your pay, ect. As soon as I told them that this was fraud and a scam they began to yell and scream at me
